Struggled through my leg session today, bit under the weather coming from lack of sleep and dieting. On the way back from the gym I stopped to get a load more vegetables and some grapefruits... On my third set here with a solid 10x150kg (330lbs) for stiff leg deadlifts. Workout today consisted of squats (poor because of knee pain), single leg legpress, SLDL, hamstring curls, calve raises and also some leg raises. #TeamLMA #TeamDeluxe #ManOrMachine Fuelled by Deluxe Nutrition and will be putting up actual training videos and life diaries soon featuring Lean Machine Apparel
