Success is the best revenge along with Vindication! 25 years ago when I came to Los Angeles I met someone who took great interests in my career. They took me into their home and helped me make an adjustment to Los Angeles as well as introduced me to individuals that helped me tremendously with my career. In their hallway they had photo on the wall of the young lady standing in the driveway of a mansion with a black Rolls Royce behind her with a smile on her face. The caption read “Success the best revenge” I for the past 25 years have gone about the business of working to have the best revenge! As many of you know I’ve had a lot to say when it comes to the issues of race and racism in America and those who are truly responsible for it. I have been accused of having hatred in my heart for my fellow man but as I write this tonight I have some more words to add to success is the best revenge. The words are “watching with great vindication the actions of the people who commit the unjust acts as well as the people the unjust acts were/are committed against as they come to the realization that the words you spoke were truthful and you are vindicated”!
