Supplement update: I have landed on a protocol that I am pretty happy with and thought Id share it with you. Im 49 and have experimented with a boatload of different supps over the years. I have gotten to the point where if I dont feel difference, I wont take it. Here is whet I am currently using that I feel the best on pre/post workout. (This doest include daily vitamins, fish oil etc..) Pre workout - Best to show up hydrated. About an hour before I take Cytosports Energy drink. Post workout: Here is the concoction I have landed on with 20 oz of water. I make it before hand and sip it occasionally during the workout. Finish it off immediately after. - Cytosports Cytocarb 2 (about 52 grams complex carb. I wasnt getting enough carbs before as was way too sore all the time.) - Mikes Mix whey protein - 23 grams - Tri-Pep BCAAs - about 10 grams I feel better on the regimen than anything I have tried in a long time. I WOD 4-5 times a week along with strength training. Hopefully this is helpful! WOD on!
