Supply Tech II - Internal Quality Auditor SAIC - Arifjan, FA (Kuwait) Job Description Supply Tech II - Internal Quality Auditor (Job Number:329044) Description: The Internal Quality Auditor will maintain and improve the internal audit program to fulfill the requirements of Performance Work Statement (PWS), ISO 9001 and company policies and procedures in order to assess the effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Develop annual audit schedule to assess the quality management system. - Perform internal audits based on the approved audit schedule. - Generate audit reports and assure appropriate ICARs/PARs are assigned to address any cited nonconformities. - Generate reports or metrics for the measurement and analysis of the audit program. - May develop, train, and lead other internal auditors in fulfilling the internal audit schedule. - May coordinate third party auditors as necessary to fulfill internal audit schedule requirements and to maintain auditor independence. - Maintain and improve the SOPs and Work Instructions for the documentation and execution of the company’s Internal Audit Program based on input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and management. - Maintain working knowledge of current PWS, ISO standards, and other applicable external regulations and standards. - Perform secondary functions or projects assigned by Quality Manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma with 8 years of auditor work experience; minimum 2 year of experience in an ISO and/or PWS regulated environment. Other regulated industries may be taken under consideration. Associate Degree will reduce work experience requirement to 6 years, and Bachelor or higher will reduce work experience requirement 4 years. Completed the ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Training course or equivalent within the last five years. Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance. Additional qualifications include: - Strong verbal communication skills (linguistic, grammatical, and presentation) skills to effectively interact with staff and management at all levels. - Effective writing skills (report composition). - Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong understanding of regulatory/standards requirements and interpretation of technical information. - Ability to review, analyzes, interpret and summarize quality systems data to draw conclusions to make appropriate decisions and recommendations. - Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Project/Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Adobe Portions of SAIC to be renamed Leidos, Inc., subject to stockholder approval and consummation of a separation transaction if approved by SAIC board of directors. SAIC is pursuing a plan to separate into two independently traded companies; one that provides technical, engineering and enterprise information technology services primarily to the U.S. government (new SAIC), and one that delivers technical solutions in national security, engineering and health (Leidos, Inc).
