Supreme Court Launches Environmental Justice Handbook . Marawi - Penalizing dumping, illegal logging and littering in Lake Lanao is further strengthened with the launching of the Citizens Handbook on Environmental Justice for Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao by the Supreme Court with UNDP funding at Mamitua Saber , MSU yesterday.
