Sure hope you will head on out to Clinton Farmers market and Fayetteville Farmers Market tomorrow despite the weather report of some showers...boooo! We have some real treats tomorrow including lots of beautiful veggies and some lovely sourdough breads. We are offering a new variety tomorrow. Our new Emmer loaf which of course consists of Emmer which is an Egyptian ancient wheat and was one of the main wheat types cultivated by the Egyptians during the Pharaonic times! This grain has been found in temples and has a long history in many ancient cultures!! It is higher in fiber than common wheat and has a somewhat nutty sweet taste! Pretty neat!! We also included some local NY spelt from Farmer Ground Flour in the loaf and we think it is delicious! We also have our Brewers loaf from Good Nature Brewing spent grains, our 6-Grain loaf, our local 100% organic farmers Miche, our Rosemary Garlic, our Cinnamon Raisin, our chocolate chunk, and our basic sourdough. All our breads have some percentage of local organic flours and some King Arthur flours. Except... we do offer our 100% local organic loaf for those looking for 100% organic!!
