Responsibilities: Job Description: Some of the responsibilities that our future IT Technical Executive can expect would be to: - React on support request from user within time limits. - Solve incidents, requests and problems related to User complaint. - Daily support to end users (Workplace support and site support) - LAN Network, server and storage issues. - Capable to do a proper Technical Documentation. - Candidate must possess at least a diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
