[TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NBO KINDLY READ GUYS] As a new distributor of New Business Opportunity NRZ Global Inc. I understand and agreed that: 1. Prior to selling company products, I personally attend and take part to the company meetings. 2. This application constitute a binding agreement between myself and; such time as this application purchase is received and approved by company. 3. I agree to properly represent the company products and its marketing plan. 4. As long as I am a Distributor and not violating this agreement, NBO GLOBAL INC. shall pay me for my successful sales effort in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the companys marketing plan. 5. As I am a private Entrepreneur; I will personally decide the number of working hours I will devote to my business. I also understand that the means of manner by which I conduct my business shall be determine by myself; subject only to company policies, procedures, sales and marketing plan which contains general guidelines required for the building of goodwill and protecting the reputation of NBO GLOBAL INC. 6. I conformed to this agreement that my rights as associate cannot be transferred or assigned without written acknowledgement from NBO GLOBAL INC. 7. That I hereby understand that my rights as associate of NBO GLOBAL INC. will be activated only upon the receipt of the full registration fee, which is Non-Refundable by the company. 8. That I hereby understand the fastrack marketing plan of the NBO GLOBAL INC. will not pay advance amount 9. I agree that the graduation if the account or slot of the member is not yet fully graduated. The account have no timeframe; it depends to the number of business package sold. 10. I agree that there is no amount or rebates received on every 50 active slot or 5th 10th level of the account in fastrack. 11. That I am an independent entrepreneur who operates own network that promotes sales package through Direct Selling and Sales Marketing Schemes as well as enjoying discounts, bonuses and incentives. 12. Any payments not remitted to the company by the members, NBO GLOBAL INC. are not liable towards it. 13. NBO GLOBAL INC. is not an investment company; it is a direct selling and Networking Company. 14. I hereby certify that I understand NBO GLOBAL INC. Marketing plan and agree to abide the term and conditions, future policies and marketing set by the company. 15. I am fully aware that the company does not claim guarantee earnings, sales and marketing effort by the members. 16. Distributorship shall be terminated if a member involved with other direct selling company or monoline marketing plan any company having direct competition with New Business Opportunity NRZ Global Inc. and to breach of any company rules and regulation, codes of conduct, NBO GLOBAL compensation plan or any of its policies.
