THE NEW N4,000 NYSC REGISTRATION FEE. This policy is obnoxious, outrageous, exploitative, insensitive, wicked and oppressive: a brazen, barefaced, dare-devil, devilish and despicable heist against the poor, helpless, hapless, underprivileged mass of the people, further plundering, pauperizing and enslaving them in privation and penury, while a privileged and powerful few smile to the banks with the proceeds of their unmitigated wickedness. This project should be bankrolled, funded and underwritten by the Government, free of cost to corpers who are on call to national service. Why should a summon to national service exact or extract a financial cost from beleaugered students/parents (taxpayers), majority of whom are traumatized and reeling under the yoke of a pandemic poverty. Government is basically all about welfare and happiness of the people. When will the poor find relief in this land of plenty so abundantly blessed of God?
