I was forced continuance though , the pretrial in this case has been set for the Cinco deMayo, 05/05/2014 @ 01:15 PM... the trial for this case is set for May 19th... 05/19/2014 @ 08:30 AM , I refiled the Motion To Dismiss with the court, we will force the judge to make a ruling... December 12, 2013 Last night I was hanging out with a woman and she was on the phone with her two kids when she heard the kids father yelling,breaking things, hitting them and then she got hung up on. The mother called the Volusia county sheriffs since she was miles away at the store. 10 minutes passed a sheriff called back and said bad things happen to people that report this type of crime and its not his job to legally haress a man that has been abusive to children , animals and women. December 2, 2013 Today is our 1 month anniversary of being back in Florida and so far we occupied S.B.J. ,Orange county administration and inside of Orlando city hall. Hosted rallies and protests in the 4 counties we so far have done guerilla gardens in. Set up an occupy survival camp and an Occupy Militia camp in 2 different counties and looking into getting an Anarchist collective center this week. Last week at county(Volusia) council we saved people from losing their property from Eminant domain and tonight join us at DeLand Florida city council. Join us if you want to help create a G.M.O. free network of gardens, STAND UP 4 THE HOMELESS and all unjustices This weekend we will complete setting up our OCCUPY MILITIA survivor camp in another county November 26, 2013 so far just homeland security, a drone and an under cover in little ass deland tonite It all started at 7pm last night with some kind of undercover watching us (but we do have them and f.b.i. presence during day) so we split up and watched them spit up and follow the groups. 45 minutes passed and we spotted the first drone, 5 minutes later another drone was 30 feet above our head and 20 feet in front of the group as we turned the corner it flew off real fast (3rd drone in a week). We ran into a girl 10 minutes later saying the cops were going to set her up for being a street activist. We did not have enough time to get her to safety and we had to hide out. We ended up in a neighborhood with a lot of gators and we were surrounded by them because one of our guys had chicken with him which gators love. We split and less then an hour later we were dipping and dodging from helicopters until 2am. The police had every street blocked off and were pretty much chasing and arresting anyone that appeared homeless. This morning we woke up soaked in the rain at our base camp. If we had equiptment to video this we could and would I am on a laptop not a phone so I can not record any of this. Send people, send supplies so others can see we really are in a police state and all we are trying to do is garden so people have a monsanto free alternative and do whats right. November 25, 2013 Sick and tired of being followed and chased down and if I see another drone it will be one less drone this country has to spy on people,. WTF did we do all we are trying to create is a Monsanto free south, make green energy more accessable and stand up for the poor and small businesses. WELCOME TO OUR LIFE IN DELAND November 12, 2013 It is not going to be easy building a network of Monsanto free guerilla gardens from Florida to California this winter in a place where it is against the law to take care of personel hygiene outside of a private residence,sit or lie down ,feed the needy e.tc. We also have to fight racism daily here but what do we expect with a state with drone bases,FEMA camps and the majority of homeless veterans than anywhere else.
