THRASH MY LEGS THURSDAY!!!!! 1) 150 Wall Balls 50 Box jumps 100 Wall balls 25 Box jumps 50 Wall balls 15 Box jumps 5 min rest 2) 10 Back Squat 10 Atom Lunge, each leg (jumping) 45sec rest x 5 REMEMBER - if your reaching 10 Squats easily then the weight was not challenging enough for you, be realistic, your only cheating yourself.
