So maybe your workout. • Then make a commitment, join a camp ( I know a very good one!! babesontherun.co.uk/tasterweek) a team or grab a friend (not the one who will drag you to the coffee shop or pub instead) something or someone that will expect some consistency and dedication from you – this is where the gym can fail – who really cares if you turn up? • Think about the outcome NOT the process! • Do something that will keep you fit, slim and healthy EVERYday. • Accept that some days life will get in the way, • Be fit, healthy and well for the rest of your life!!! Not just this month!
