TIMETABLE CHANGES Afternoon Tribe You will have noticed that the timetable is one full of Prime Evil classes, please take 2 minutes to read the description of each class format, as you can see there is something for everyone, get booked on and we will see you all next week. Tribal Circuit - This class utilises a lot of our unique and special equipment. They are conducted in a number of different formats from a normal circuit fashion with timed stations (for example you could have a total of 15 stations, you would work on each station for 40 seconds then 10seconds rest to get to the next). We also put together assault courses and team games. We recommend you attend one of these classes first so you can get a good feel of the different exercises that we use at Paleo Fitness. Prime Evil - This class is aimed at tribe members that enjoy a high intensity workout with lots of variety. We normally cover a skill, strength or mobility aspect for the first 20 minutes followed by a high intensity session using body weight and resistance equipment. An example of a Prime Evil class would be 20 minuites to establish your 3 rep max deadlift or time to work on a skill of your choice then we will go into some training with anything from barbells, bodyweight, ropes, sleds at very high intensity. This is an excellent class if you are interested in Crossfit as many of the workouts have a similar theme. Tribal Assault - * Also known as Spartan Saturday, these classes are for all skill levels where tribes people get a chance to have more one on one time with the instuctors for tips, tricks and technique and select individual workouts. There will be a large number of workouts to choose from that cover everything from strength, power, endurance, fat blasters and tests. You will not find anything like this in another gym. We can help whether you are training for obstacle races, training for competitive sports or events or even if you would like to experience something completley different. Running Club - Paleo running club leaving gym every Wednesday at 6pm back for circuit at 7pm (6pm circuit as normal). CrossBox - A mixture of boxing training delivered by professional coaches including Pads, Bagwork, Footwork, Skills and Drills mixed in with circuit based exercises, groundwork, calisthenics and weight Lifting. Open Gym - (Open Gym Sessions will start week commencing 3rd November 2014) Come along at any time during open gym sessions to hone your skills, make your weaknesses your strengths and your strengths even stronger. Whats ours is yours and we want you to use this time to work on goals you sometimes dont get chance to in class with the instruction, supervision and expertise of our trainers. Strength Stop - (Strength Stop classes will start week commencing 3rd November 2014) - This is your one stop strength shop for becoming a stronger more capable human being. We start the class off with a dynamic warm up that will aid you in the exercises that are about to follow making your plane of movement much easier which in turn means you are able to lift more with ease. The main portion of the class can involve anything from olympic and power lifting, strong man events to weighted bodyweight exercises. These movements are delivered in a class format through techniques that are proven to build absolute and relative strength at fast intervals and transfer to real life. Also just to make sure no stone is left unturned the last portion of the class is made up of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and assistance exercises to aid your lifting and your gains!
