TIP OF THE DAY: Swing yourself skinny! One of the most functional, effective and plain old fun exercises is the kettlebell swing! Swings are great for recruiting the posterior muscle chain as well as sending your body into a fat burning frenzy! Here are a few reminders to make sure you are getting the most out of this great exercise: 1. Keep your core tight. 2. Drive through hamstrings and glutes on the way up. 3. Dont rock onto your toes at the top. Try to keep the weight predominantly on your heels. 4. Try them as a tabata interval! 20 seconds of swinging with a 10 second rest.
