TO All Coordinating Council Members SUBJECT UMC Coordinating Council Session for 2013 FROM PCC-UMC Secretariat Dear Mr/Ms __________________________ Session Schedule and Venue: Coordinating Council session will convene on Nov. 28-30, 2013 at Tagaytay Mission Camp. Bishop Rudy Juan, president of the College of Bishops will lead as presiding officer. Arrival and registration shall be at 8am-12pm on Nov. 28. This is to allow time for delegates to be listed properly and to proceed to their assigned accommodations. Session will begin after lunch at 1:30pm with the opening worship. All members are expected to attend till the closing worship on Nov. 30. (Please make the arrangements for your travel accordingly.) Agenda: 1. State of the church and episcopal area updates 2. Reports of quadrennial agencies/Boards/committees/organizations: Rules of the PCC-UMC on conference report calendar will apply. Earliest in will be calendared first and continuing in the sequence they were received by the secretariat. 3. Reports of church-related institutions: Same PCC-UMC rules on calendar of reporting will apply. On calendar and reports: To facilitate reporting and reading of the most important part of the updates, we are asking all concerned parties who are reporting to the CO-CO of the PCC-UMC to prepare and submit reports using the one-page dashboard format here attached. Please submit the one-page report to the secretariat as soon as you are ready AND prior to the date of the meeting TO BE CALENDARED THE SOONEST. Delegates would be better guided and able to decide more efficiently with the advanced summary report available as they register.
