TRAINING We offer a wide variety of daily sessions, that are all inclusive to your package. Our timetable caters for anyone who is wanting to transform their body & their life. BODHI-FIT You will hit every muscle group, shed calories and build lean muscle using different types of equipment. Bodhi-Fit is for all fitness levels, from beginners through to advance. This class will have you working all the right areas with a mixture of different exercises that include the use of Kettlebells, boxes, tyres, medicine balls, sleds, rowing, running and bodyweight exercises. CROSSFIT PERFECT for anyone who is wanting to take their fitness to the next level. This involves working on strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, agility and flexibility. We do this by constantly varying functional movements such as gymnastics, pushing, pulling, squatting, power-lifting, running and rowing all whilst executing these movements at high intensity. Strength & Conditioning Rapid Fire is our daily Strength and Conditioning (S&C) session. Each day there is a different theme, focusing on the fundamentals of S&C. Whether it be strength, power, speed, endurance or circuit days, this session will always challenge you and push you to the limits ensuring you can improve your physical performance. STRENGTH Weight training plays a vital role in you reaching your fitness goals. Put the time and effort inside the gym & your body will see changes. This applies to men and women of all shapes and sizes, regardless of your goals. Weight training is an essential ingredient to the overall change in your body. KALORIE KILLER A high intensity interval training (HIIT) session. This session is based around the fundamentals of fat loss ensuring you burn the maximum number of calories boosting metabolism and fat loss in the process! HIIT balances time working at 100% with rest to ensure you can push yourself to the limit and reap the benefits. YOGA Invigorate your mind & body; set yourself up for the day ahead. Yoga, like life, is about finding bliss and serenity in the moment. Relax your mind, relax your body whilst building a stable, strong and supple body. Yoga uses slow movements and stretching to increase flexibility and balance as well as relieve stress. A perfect way to get your daily dose of exercise and relaxation at the same time. MUAY THAI Our chosen facility, Dragon Muay Thai is located on the street within walking distance from your hotel. Dragon Muay Thai, offering training programs to suit everyone from Beginners and Professionals looking to learn real Muay Thai with a qualified trainers. The gym is equipped with world class trainers from former Muay Thai Champions to WBA Boxing Champions. Programs for Beginners to Professionals. Dragon Muay Thai Training programs are designed to teach real traditional and fundamental Muay Thai techniques, using parts of the body. Fists, Elbow, Knee, Foot and Muay Thai clinch, offense, defence, ring fitness and conditioning. Dragon Muay Thai Technique Training classes run 2 times a day, morning and afternoon sessions. These classes are purely technique training. Prices range from $11 per group session to $22 for a 1 hour private session. *Muay Thai is not included in your package
