TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read it......maybe even try it! After all, the gym is cheaper than therapy :-P Joey Swoll said it better than I could have!!! MOST will never understand and I am FINALLY understanding that!!!! Its not about muscles for me. Find your thing. YOU dont know what I deal with everyday, carry everyday, fight everyday and I dont know yours. The Gym is my escape....its my time....its my therapy....it betters me..its kept me alive....and doesnt talk back. LOL.....but lets just say I Thank God I dont look like ALL I have been through!!!!
