Tag someone who wants to keep the winter fluff off! I hope you enjoyed your rest day for Day 7!! Welcome back to day 8 of the #NoChillChallenge. WARNING: Today is a HIGH VOLUME LEG DAY. The exercises are simple and the weight is light but the rep will be high. You will DEFINITELY need to stretch and soak after this one! Here is what we have: Weighted Bent Leg Deadlift: 250 Weighted Lunges: 250 (Total: 125 each leg) Squat Jumps: 275 Stability Ball Hamstring Curl:150 Don’t forget to take before, during, or after pictures and hashtag #NoChillChallenge.
