Ten years ago on 27 September 2004, was the day when I first met my future husband, Edwin Tanguileg at the Home Depot. I was a credit manager at time and had to relieve a cashier for their lunch break at register 8. I was eager to go home and start on my homework (I was a college sophmore at that time) and spend my paycheck on my bus pass (yes, I didnt get my drivers license till I turned 21) and on Taco Bell (Im being serious). Anyway, counting down the minutes before I clock out, Edwin came to my lane, register 8 with a smile and the look of curiosity. He wanted to get to know me and I could sense it. He asked for my name and if I was Filipino and if I could understand Ilocano, a filipino dialect. I said yes with no interest of continuing the conversation and that was it. He left and I was on my way to calling it a day. Anyway, long story short, we fell in love and we still live happily ever after! Edwin Tanguileg, I was blind on 27 September 2004 and I didnt know was missing out on a good man like you but thank you for your persistance and patience and Im sorry it took me 5 months to see and understand it. LOL. I love you with all my heart and I cant wait to be in your arms again.
