Testimony: Let me tell yall how good God is.. I went to get my electric service transferred from my current location to the new location. Gets to the place and finds that the previous tenant had their service disconnected and went in and reconnected his own service (And this is a really nice subdivision). Lol. So they tells me that a 300 dollar fee has to be paid for his dishonesty at the address. I said no maam I will not pay for someone elses faults. So I kept calm and called my landlord and explained to her the situation and she called and spoke with them and got everything taken care of. By the time I left Jefferson Electric I had to pay nothing and they ended up owing me and my husband 300 dollars since we have been loyal customer, which we requested it to be credited towards our bill. God worked that out. But then the devil tried to throw a monkey wrench, I calls Comcast to get my internet service transferred also the guy says well since we had to remove all the wiring from the previous tenant you will have to pay a 59 dollar service fee. I said Sir, I dont see how that would be fair. Im trying hard to move and Im honest and Ive been with yall and I always pay my bill. Then he says you know what maam I will waive the fee and sign you up for our new service which is 20 dollars cheaper than your current bill. Knowing how to speak to people will get you further in life.. if I had of been cursing and acting crazy they wouldnt have been as kind. I thank you God for the blessings big and small.
