Testing the water - A popular pastime on this page! Im considering selling my F reg XR3i RS Turbo project. I really need an estate car and dont see when im going to get the time to finish it. Im looking for cash offers or possibly swaps. Based on the amount ive spent on this and how much i love it, Im not the right person to ask how much i want for it, read the info and make a rough offer. It started off life as an XR3i, since then its undergone a total rs turbo conversion including engine, loom ecu etc. to convert it from mfi to efi. The engine runs well and has a piper cam in for a little added grunt. It also has an aftermarket alloy radiator, brand new uprated fuel pump, new spark plugs, ht leads, fuel filter, oil filter and distributor cap and a K&N cone filter. I have a full set of lowering springs and an uprated alloy intercooler yet to be fitted. It has a full custom made straight through twin exit exhaust with a 4 exit each side - sounds big! Cosmetically, its been resprayed in blue as you can see and has a full rs turbo bodykit fitted withe center section of the front bumper removed and filled to encourage more airflow to the radiator. It has an xr3i boot spoiler, rs turbo bonnet, clear indicator lenses, smoked side repeaters and 17 wolfrace pro sprints finished in white. The roof has been replaces with a new custom made white vinyl one which needs the rear window cutting out to finish the installation. Inside ive put in a brand new black carpet, it has recaro half white and black seats, an rs turbo s1 steering wheel, and white lockwood dials with chrome surround. It generally just needs finishing off - the body is rust free and very solid apart from some minor bubbling on the bonnet lip. For some reason i tried to start it yesterday and it wont fire up which forces me to state it is non running As i say, i dont have any time to dedicate to it anymore, it truly has been my passion, but needs must! So come at me!
