Thank you Doyle Debra Debro, Rita Johnson, Delano Debro, Lucas Johnson and Abundant Life Church for all the work in honoring a great man of God last night through the Missionary service with Chris Richardson. Pastor Charles Clantons heart was constantly burdened for missions as he served as Oklahoma District Foreign Mission Director. As pastor, he projected this burden to the local lost by preaching the truth of Gods Word with a passion and fervency. His Missions burden was specifically the continent of Africa, which is why having the Richardsons from Madagascar could not have been planned more perfectly! God bless you all for taking part in this special service! 1 Timothy 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. Thank you, Pastor Clanton for the work that you accomplished for the Kingdom of God here on earth. Thank you for giving me your daughter, Charissa Clanton Fullers hand in marriage over 16 years ago (His response when I asked at Pearls Restaurant in OKC , Just the hand?). Thank you for the example that you were in prayer (sometimes 3 hours a day and many all-nighters), fasting (even when it wasnt healthy), consistency, faithfulness, keeping a cool head, looking at the bigger picture, and consistently striving for excellence in preparedness. Thank you for times of wise counsel and advice. Thank you for helping us when we had problems with the RV on the evangelist trail! Thank you for your generous, giving heart. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve at ALC 13 years ago. Thank you for placing you blessing on me as patterned in the Bible by the Patriarchs. The list goes on... we are indebted to you sir, and look forward to the day that we meet again in our eternal home!
