Thank you all so much for your prayers and concerns. It looks like - TopicsExpress

Thank you all so much for your prayers and concerns. It looks like the storm just missed our hometown. Most of our friends and families are accounted for and are doing okay. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the areas that were hit directly by the storm. The Philippine Government feared that the death toll could be as high 20,000 people. There are towns that are totally wiped out. I am now working with our Faith in Action volunteers in Philippines to put together a team who has a medical background that can go to the devastated areas and find a way to help. Patrick Earl B. Neri will take the lead on this. We will piggy back to a group of mountaineers who are back packing to reach those areas that are still cut off. We will bring basic medical supplies and will provide ready to eat food and water. Please pray for the safety of our brothers and sisters who are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts and for their dedication on putting their Faith into Action. Glorenda Garrido and Ate Edna Baviera Tamondong the money you gave for the Faith in Action Ministry will be routed for this effort. Thank you so much for your continuing support. Gladys and Papa will also help out. We should be able to make an impact. For anyone who wanted to be a part of this, just let us know. Every little bit will help.
