I give 5 stars to MTB...! 1) We almost resigned to the fact that we will not find any Thai restaurant that can serve authentic, delicious Thai cuisine. . . and this is it! 2) Our first time to try lunch today, we are already hooked to come back. 3) We had Kua Shrimp Curry. This excellent, creamy, savory, wildly spiced sauce is what we were looking for in all other Thai restaurants on Maui and even in Honolulu and only here and only now, we found it. This is big in Thailand, with tamarind reduction and pineapple. We tried this in a restaurant in Thailand, called Ruen Tamarind in Chiang Mai, and I will say, MTBs sauce reigns supreme. 4) The ambience and decor is unexpectedly beautiful, relaxing, clean and trendy. 5) The service is awesome. Our server, Chip, is so lively and attentive. Good job! We will be back! To try each one of your extensive menu... Kudos to the Chef.
