Thats me done until the 5th January NEXT YEAR! Now time for some quality gaming, flying, music and all round chilling with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. (For those of you wondering, my first visit to the gym was very productive and, according to my trainer, very good all round with cycling, walking/running, paddling? and the skiing thingy wotsit machine, all followed by 5 lengths of the pool, 15 minutes in the Jacuzzi and rounded off with 7 minutes in the Sauna. This is to be a 4 times a week event.... :)) Anyway, Merry Christmas to all my friends and colleagues and may the New Year be positive and productive and bring you all you want. Watch out for the band and make sure you come and support us if we are playing at a venue near you.....
