Thats why only Volkswagen can make a Volkswagen A mail send by a customer to VW Team. Have a look!! Dear Gaurav, It was very nice to talk to you over the phone a little while ago. As I mentioned, my daughter who is a law student at Amity University met with a terrible accident in her VW Polo. I am attaching pictures post accident on site. It is a near miracle that my daughter not only survived this severe accident, but, came out of the car without a scratch on her body. She was taken to the hospital for a CT scan and the Doctors declared her totally unhurt with no external or internal injuries. I must compliment the entire VW Company for the engineering and technology as well as the build quality that makes VW Cars not only a pleasure to drive, but, also very safe and secure. I thank everyone at VW that my daughter is safe and sound and this incident has made me a life long loyal customer of VW and I plan to get my other 2 children also a VW vehicle as and when the time comes. Please share this feedback with all existing and prospective customers of VW. Having said the above, I also shared with you my utter disappointment and disgust the way my SOS call was addressed and handled by the 24x7 helpline and I would request VW to look into that very important and crucial service aspect.
