The 2 years leading up to todays vote have been interesting to say - TopicsExpress

The 2 years leading up to todays vote have been interesting to say the least... what has come out of the journey is an engaged, passionate, and determined Scottish public. That is perhaps one of the most fantastic outcomes of this entire process! Ready to have their voices heard, 97% of us registered to vote - an unprecedented result in itself. Ive spoken to folk from all walks of life, north and south of the border, at great length on the subject and its really excited me to see the fire in the bellies of our wee nation. We are an incredible country with amazing people, heritage, history, and culture. Apologies to all for my endless outpourings on here but as you all know, I love Social media and it has been pivotal to this entire process therefore it seemed only natural to turn to Facebook, Twitter, etc to share the journey with everyone. The levels of engagement and interaction across all media types but especially social, have been incredible, with the eyes of the world upon us - we have led this debate in a way that we should all be xtremely proud of. I voted at 2pm today - with a shaky hand and a tear in my eye in the booth (yes - for real... oh and a tear in my eye as I walked out the door to the polling station!) and I can only hope that my vote has made a difference. No matter what happens, no matter what the outcome... Heres to Scotland! I love you Scotland and I am so very very proud to call myself Scottish x x x x x x x https://youtube/watch?v=dZrdo1PuUvQ
