The 2010 movie “The Grace Card” opens with the following dialogue: ... our creator made us for one another To be connected as a family is the essence of being human To reach out and take care of any one of us is to take care of us all And to hurt any one of us is to hurt us all This is reflected throughout the movie but something else that I found reflected in the movie is the verses from Romans 10:12-13: For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile - the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved’. Romans 10:14-15 continues: How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written. “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Lord, God, I ask that you make my feet beautiful.
