The Bandito Brothers and Sabah Ultra Trail Running Club are pleased to announce the 4th edition of the Ultra Trail Running Forum to be held on the weekend of the 18th-19th April 2015 which will have discussions on pre-race and in-race strategy for running races and ultra trail races, pre-race training and nutrition, an open panel discussion between members of the running fraternity and the audience as well as an open discussion on important topics such as safety on the race course as well as tips on improving your performances and being an efficient runner on the race course... More details on this forum will be announced over the course of the next week so stay tuned. This event will be limited to 120 people with priority being given to past TMBT, Beaufort and SAC competitors to attend. Thank you.
