The Beat Goes On! The King’s community lost one of its own in November with the untimely passing of Peyton Walker, sophomore physician assistant major. Peyton suffered a fatal cardiac arrest incident related to her Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. To celebrate Peyton’s life and her love of adventure, the Peyton Walker Foundation will host an adventure-filled day from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, May 24, at Roundtop Mountain Resort in Lewisberry. The Peyton Walker Foundation was founded to raise funds to provide baseline EKGs for students and young athletes, to implement additional AED and CPR training programs in Central PA, and to provide educational scholarships.
