The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Oak Harbor Lodge #2362 155 NE Ernst Street, Oak Harbor, WA is inviting all unaccompanied military personnel to come to thier lodge on November 1, 2013 at 5:30 pm. They are having a BBQ to thank you for your service. They would like to get to know you and let you know who they are.
