The Chicago Freedom School is seeking Campaign Coaches who will design and lead four 6-hour courses (24-hours total) for youth ages 14 - 17 enrolled in the 2014 Freedom Fellowship Summer Leadership Institute. Coaches will be comprised of people who are activists, organizers, teachers and/or professionals interested in working with young people. Coaches will design creative and engaging courses that emphasize the real life experience of young people as well as prepare them to pursue social justice issues. Courses must speak to one of two issue areas: Healthy Communities or Fair and Just Schools. The application deadline is April 25, 2014. Inbox me or email me for more details.
