The Cymbalta posts were very active earlier this summer, and I - TopicsExpress

The Cymbalta posts were very active earlier this summer, and I thought you might like an update. Do you remember when I shared I was getting off Cymbalta or its generic equivalent? I have been doing great on half the dose and my Plexus supplements; however, when I started skipping days, it affected me, especially with the weather change. One of the things that I have learned while being a Plexus ambassador is that feeling better does not always mean trading all your doctors prescriptions for supplements. In fact, Plexus Does Not recommend that. Plexus says talk to you doctor, work with him on improving your health and let him know about everything you are taking, including natural supplements. I was hoping that I would be able to stop taking my Cymbalta, but I am still only three months into having used these wonderful supplements that have given me more energy and have allowed me to be active without the constant pain in my knees. So should I let the 30 mg. of Cymbalta go? I think not, not when I am facing a seasonal change that usually brings me down, physically and emotionally. As I write, I have the light on I use for SAD. You would not think that would be a problem in the south, but we have had several cloudy days with the cooler weather and it is affecting me. When you have a chronic illness and you are making changes in your life, you have to weigh your decisions. Is it worth it for me to continue Cymbalta if I feel great with it, but kinda dumpy without it? Absolutely!
