The EU-funded twinning project “Strengthening Readmission and - TopicsExpress

The EU-funded twinning project “Strengthening Readmission and Sustainable Reintegration” in Kosovo held its closing ceremony in Gjakova on Thursday. The project supported the drafting of the regulation on reintegration, national strategy and action plan for reintegration. Despite the progress made during the project there are still challenges and the Government of Kosovo should: 1. Continue to further develop capacities at central level 2. Continue with decentralization of reintegration process 3. Increase capacities of the municipalities to implement national policy at local level and to improve the delivery of reintegration services in the municipalities to the repatriated persons.
