The Hispanic work ethic is truly something to marvel at. Where there are some black men intentionally not wanting to work, there are other Hispanic men illegally crossing American borders to find work. I dont condone that of course, but it is amazing. I dont have the whole story here clearly, but just wanted to point out an observation... I see it everyday at work, Hispanic men and women mobalizing their families to get work. Getting things in place, work visas, green cards, all sorts of forms...half of them dont even speak English. OH, if my black people were like this...do you know how much crap these people have to go through to work in this country??? And then when you hire them for something...the excellence and skill they put into it. Just wanted to take some time to honor Hispanics. Still feeling a bit bitter though about some black guys I hired to move my furniture...dag on shame. lol
