The Holy Quran 25. Discernment (Al Furqan) Revealed before the Hijrah. There are 77 verses in this chapter. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 1. That Blessed is He who sent down the Furqan upon His servant that he may be a warner to the universe. 2. He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth that Has beget, Who has no partner in the Kingdom and created everything and determined it most exactly. 3. But they have taken besides Him gods who are themselves created, create nothing, and who have the ability to do any harm or good to themselves, and they control not death nor life nor resurrection. 4. The disbelievers say: This is all a lie that he (Muhammad) has forged, and other people have helped>. But they have done injustice and a lie. 5. And they say: These are old stories he is writing! They are dictated to him morning and evening! > 6. Say: He has revealed Him who knows the secrets in the heavens and the earth. And He is the Merciful. 7. And they say: What is it that this Messenger eats food and walks in the markets? What has not been sent down to him an angel would have been a warner with him? 8. Or is it only launched it a treasure? Or that he has a garden for him, he could eat (fruit)? > The wicked say: Ye follow a man bewitched>. 9. See what they compare you! They have gone astray. They can not find a way. 10. Blessed is He who, if he wants, give you what is better than this, gardens beneath which rivers flow; and He will give you palaces. 11. But instead they qualified deny the Hour. We have prepared for those who deny the Hour a burning fire. 12. When she sees them from afar, they will hear its fury and roaring. 13. And when you are cast in a small narrow, hands tied behind the neck, they call out for destruction. 14. 18. They will say: Glory to Thee! It suited us not to take besides You protectors But Thou didst make them and their ancestors to the point that they have or lished the reminder, [the Koran]. And they have been lost people. 19. . 75. Those will be rewarded with high place [of Paradise] because of their endurance, and they will be greeted with a hello and peace, 76. abide forever. What a beautiful house and place to stay! 77. Say: My Lord would not care for you without your prayer; but you rejected (the truth). Your [punishment] is inevitable and permanent.
