The Love We Desire We all have experience rejection in our lifetime. It may have came from a failed relationship are marriage. Whatever the reason was we still could not move on in life. Because some of us tend to allow rejection to hold us in bondage making us feel that we were not good enough to be loved. Sometime we chose the wrong people to love and instead of breaking it off before we are hurt. We allow it to continue because they are filling the emptiness in our lives that we desire to be filled. Being committed to someone are in love with someone is a very hard thing to do; especially if you are in a relationship with The Lord, and your partner is still living a sinful life. Your relationship is doom to fail; because light and darkness will not mix. When we experience rejection we become lonely and fill of fear. Why? Because we feel we will never find love; are be loved by anyone again. Loneliness is an emotional response to the perception that we are isolated, either physically or spiritually, from other that we desire to love. Our hearts need love. And in order to be loved we must first learn to love ourselves. We are worthy of love and we should not allow anyone to come into our lives that are not capability of loving us back. The Lord said in, 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. So we must always remember that love is the driving force of life.
