The Matthews fishing adventure story for today; So, day starts off beautiful. JC and I on the water for sunrise, in our favorite spot on the Lake Catherine marsh. Please note my contented look in the photo...and also note the friction mounted seat bracket holding my chair. Bet you know where this is going. Anyway, as the day progresses Im sitting sideways eagerly awaiting my next fish, when I lean back in my seat. Well, the seat bracket comes loose, the chair flips backwards, the boat tips sideways and IN THE FLIPPIN WATER I GO. Came up sputtering and cursing, but in heroic fashion I still had my hat on. Climbed back in the boat and kept right on fishin. Hehhhhh. Caught a cooler full of Croakers and landed a Drum, Speck and Red. All of those last three fish were each literally a half inch to small to keep. Oh well, Croaker for dinner it is. Patrick
