The Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) states that no one should - TopicsExpress

The Non-Aggression Principle (NAP) states that no one should initiate force against another peaceful person. To me, that includes asking the State to fine or imprison someone for conduct that harms no other. With that in mind, if someone chooses to walk around their property, outside, completely naked (maybe theyre mowing their grass or pulling weeds), have they harmed anyone else? Have they broken the NAP? Or would you be breaking by the NAP by calling the cops on them?
