The Smartest Things Ive Ever Done. By Harley Sarls Chapter One: The Bath Tub It was cold in my apartment. RuPauls Drag Race was serenading me with sass and shade as Artie rested peacefully on my lap. When was the last time I took a bath...? I pondered aloud to myself. Arties expression of disgust (or was it of desire, alas, we will never know) told me it had been far, far too long. The bath was short lived, but satisfying as usual. I began to emerge from the warm bubbles only to be slapped with the reality of just how frigid the bathroom air was. Curses! I stuttered through chattering teeth, if only there was a machine that produced warm air with which I could heat my icy flesh! But of course! The hair dryer! Has more magnificent a machine ever been imagined by man? I think not. Now, as you may imagine, a hair dryer cannot possibly heat up an entire body at once, and leaving the warm water would result in immediate chills... WHO CAN GUESS WHAT I JUST FOUND MYSELF DOING? If it was standing in a foot of water while using the hair dryer you would be correct. Damn it.
