The Story Club launches in Mzuzu at Mzuzu University (Mzuni) on Saturday, 29th March 2014 in Room P (Prefabs) from 2: 00pm. Prof. Felix Mnthali, a distinguished poet, academic and author will be guest writer during the function and will read from his yet to be published memoir A Time To Remember. Albert Mtungambera Harawa, literary critic and lecturer in the department of languages and literature at Mzuni will spend some time critiquing Prof. Mnthali’s work. There will be music and poetry recitals by the Poetry Association of Malawi (PAM) Mzuzu Chapter. 2013 recipient of the Peer Gynt Literary Award and founder of the The Story Club Malawi Shadreck Chikoti will grace the occasion and briefly talk about the Club. If you are someone who has that great passion for literature, Mzuni is a place to be on Saturday.
