The Washington Carnegie Public Librarys Youth Summer Reading program, FIZZ, BOOM, READ, will be coming to an end during the week of July 14-19. Completed youth summer reading records will receive Book Bucks, redeemable at the Scholastic Book Fair. The library welcomes all ages to visit this years’ Scholastic book fair during the week of July 14-19. The book fair is sponsored by the Friends of the Washington Carnegie Public Library and Psi Iota Xi. For more information call the library at 254-4586. The Scholastic Book Fair will be open on the following dates and times. July 14 & 15 1:00 -7:00 pm, July 16, 17, & 18 10 am – 4:00 pm and July 19 10:00 am- 1:00 p.m.
