The X Factor winners single Alive rocketed to the top of the iTunes charts earlier this week and thanks to her new recording contract with Sony Music, her self-titled debut album will be released next month. While Alive sits at the top of the charts, it was Ims stunning performance of Purple Rain which stunned the judges and millions of viewers on Monday nights grand final decider show. Redfoo called the performance, in which Im wore large butterfly wings and stepped into a stream of water falling down behind her, as too good. Ive never been the most popular girl or the prettiest girl at school or anything, but people still loved me for who I am, Im said. People voted for me and I feel like I have a responsibility to be an inspiration for people who feel the same way and feel like losers or whatever - the uncool kids. While shes open to releasing her music in Asia, particularly her native South Korea, the 24-year-old said she wants to be based in Australia. She currently lives in Daisy Hill in Brisbanes southern suburbs with her husband Noah.
