The cruelty and torture that goes on in factory farms is absolutely horrible and utterly disturbing. I agree with everyone that there has to be a change, but we need protein in our diets. We dont have to go vegan or vegetarian to create a change. Places like that should be exposed and shut down. Anyone who worked there and participated should be punished for all of the torture done to these poor creatures. Meat should be purchased from a regular farm where the animals have been treated properly and are allowed space to roam throughout their lives. The young ones shouldnt be executed because their gender makes then useless or because theyll drink all of their mothers milk.
