The easiest way to make Irish Soda Bread!! So Delicious!!! St. Patricks Day is Monday...treat yourself..make this! You will thank me! ;0) Bountiful Irish Bread... Heres the recipe. In a large bowl combine 1 1/2 cups of any kind of milk with 1 1/2 cups of raisins. Let them soak for about an hour. (It makes the raisins more plump.) Add the Bountiful Beer Bread mix and stir until wet and dry are combined. Place in a greased loaf pan. Melt 2 Tbsp. of butter, and drizzle on top of the bread. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 55 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when stuck in the top of the bread. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy plain, toasted or with butter
