The fundamental reason why I have put my name forward as a candidate for NI21 in the Local Government Elections (Three Mile Water, Newtownabbey) is because I really am tired and disillusioned with the non-productive them and us politics that have blighted our country for so many years. I have a teenage son - and I want the best possible future for him - but in a shared, all-inclusive Northern Ireland. I believe ALL the people of Northern Ireland now have the opportunity to decide who really best serves their interests, as we endeavour to move this small country of ours forward in this, the 21st century. We have a simple choice: We can yet again place our trust in local politicians who, time and time again, have failed to live up to their responsibilities…and who have reneged on the difficult decisions which are absolutely essential to progress. Or we can think again and vote for a new party with the courage and commitment to face up to those questions. A party with the best interests of EVERYBODY in our community!
