The main reason I havent shown for a year is due to bullying. And my pet hate is people telling me to keep showing to show these people up. Which is the wrong attitude. I dont show to spite anyone, I show to enjoy my Arabians and see all my hard work and time spent with them combine together in the ring. When showing became un enjoyable I left. A recent discussion else where has made me stop and think. Theres a select few that made things difficult for me. I never ran from the scene, I eliminated what was making a negative impact on my life and after that I lost my husband. Since then the horse scene has more then proven to be full of amazing supportive people I hope that when I return, I can turn to on the day for a friendly smile. We all are competing against each other but its the judges decision on the day and outside of the ring there is no competition. Thankyou to the horse scene for all your support and love since the 15th May 2013. I have nothing to be scared of.
