The most devastating news that was dropped on Portsmouth and Hampton Roads was the lawful opinion coming from the Virginia Supreme Court on tolls. I immediately sent a n email to the Governing Body [thats the Portsmouth City Council] suggesting that that body immediately call that a public meeting should be immediately held at either at Willett or nTelos to do two things #1 to report what has occurred and what does it mean to Portsmouth and to individual citizens and #2 to listen to the voices that will come from the people. This is not over yet [I predict] but the voices of the people have not been heard - only some honored and brave ordinary citizens who took lead roles.
