The path to loving ones self after bouts of depression and loss are full of nonsensical and dysfunctional thoughts. I find myself assaulted by thoughts of irrational anger towards myself and others. I must learn to silence my mind and focus on accomplishing my goals without focusing on the absurdities of mundane and petty discourses with individuals who hold no long term importance in my life. A wise mentor of mine once said: Perspective is the Objective. I must live that policy more effectively.
