The schedule is officially LIVE! We may do some minor adjustments as the conference gets closer but for now you can view your schedule at sis.siggraph.org/cgi-bin/SIS_Asia.py. 1. Log in to SIS 2. Select Student Volunteer System > Student Tooks / Reports > Student Schedules > Load Report 3. Enter 4 digits of your Student Volunteer (Submission) ID When viewing your shifts, please remember these points: YOUR COMMITMENT OF 16 OR 24 HOURS IS APPROXIMATE. You may be scheduled to work +/- 2 hours of your commitment. It is impossible to schedule all SVs at exactly 16 or 24 hours. We have tried to balance the workload fairly for everybody so please do not come to us comparing hours with your friends. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR PREFERENCE OF SHIFTS OR HOURS. Unfortunately we have to fill all shifts, not just the shifts that everyone wants to work. If you need to change your shift for whatever reason, please try to do a swap with other SVs before you approach the SV Office for help. The “shift swap” procedure will be explained during orientation. CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE DAILY. We try to minimize shift changes but anything can happen at such a major conference (and usually do). Check early and check regularly (at least once a day), even while you are in Shenzhen. We have designated PCs at the SV Office for you to check your shifts so feel free to use them. Do not hog the machine though!
